Carhartt Iconic A18 Watch Cap — $19.99
The Iconic A18 Watch Cap is $19.99, or $11.99 in colors Carhartt is clearing out. It is model A18, one size, rib-knit acrylic, with a fold-up cuff and a Carhartt patch. It has been made since 1987. A brother who would leave a novelty hat in the box will still wear this one.

Lodge classic skillet, 10.25 inch — $24.90 on sale
The 10.25-inch classic skillet, SKU L8SK3, is on sale at $24.90. Regular price is $29.95. It measures 16.12 inches long, 10.68 inches wide, and 2 inches high, and it weighs 5.66 lb. A helper handle sits opposite the main handle, with a pour spout on each side. It arrives seasoned, it is made without PFAS, and Lodge makes it in the USA. Smaller sizes cost less and feed fewer people. This is the weeknight size. Wash it by hand, dry it, and oil it.

Apple AirTag — $29, or $99 for four
Apple lists the current AirTag at $29 for one and $99 for four. Apple engraves it free if you order direct. The tag shows up in the Find My app on an iPhone or an Apple Watch. This generation has a louder speaker and a wider Precision Finding range. That wider range needs an iPhone Air or an iPhone 15 or later, excluding the 16e and the 17e. An older iPhone can still show the tag on the map. A brother on Android has no Find My app to open, so the beanie or the skillet is the gift.

From $30 to $100
AeroPress Original — $39.95
AeroPress lists the Original at $39.95, SKU 85A01. It is polypropylene, 5.25 inches tall and 4.2 inches wide, and it holds about 10 ounces, one cup or two small ones. Paper filters, a stirrer, and a scoop come in the box. The company says it is made in the USA and that a cup is ready in less than two minutes. Buy it for a brother who already argues about beans. The brother who drinks whatever is in the office pot will use it twice and park it in a cabinet.

MEATER Plus — $79.99
The US store lists MEATER Plus at $79.99 in Honey and in Walnut. It charges in a bamboo dock, reaches about 165 feet over Bluetooth, and carries two sensors: 212°F inside the meat and 527°F in the air around it. One AAA battery is in the box. The probe is waterproof and can go in the dishwasher. A covered grill, an oven, a smoker, or the stovetop is the job. Over an open flame, MEATER says to get the Pro instead. If he smokes a brisket and keeps lifting the lid, the Plus is the gift. If his grilling is burgers on a camp grate, leave it.

The one over $100
Leatherman Wave+ — $129.95
Leatherman lists the Wave+ at $129.95 in black, SKU 832533, and in stainless, SKU 832531. It holds 18 tools, weighs 8.5 ounces, and measures 4 inches closed and 6.25 inches open, with a 2.92-inch 420HC blade and replaceable wire cutters. The tools lock, and they open with one hand. The warranty runs 25 years, and the tool is built at the Portland factory. The sheath is its own purchase. Wave Alpha, on the same site, is $199.95. Buy the Wave+ unless he has already said Alpha out loud. Black and stainless are the same price, so choose the finish he will keep in a pocket.

If you grew up with him
Shared history is the advantage. You already know which tool walked off in your car, and a Wave+ at $129.95 puts one back without a speech. If a trip is realistic, the Louisville trolley needs both of you in the city, and only if you both drink.
Gifts for a brother-in-law
He married into the family, so the old jokes are not yours to spend. The beanie is $19.99, one size, and it looks like workwear. The skillet is on sale at $24.90 and feeds a kitchen you have never cooked in. Hold the Wave+ until you have seen what he repairs. Hold the AirTag until you know the phone is an iPhone. Short on all of that, take the skillet.
A day together in Louisville
Louisville Food Tours runs Viator 369662P11, a three-hour bourbon trolley for two adults who drink and can both get to the city. Departures on December 10–20, 2026, started at $219, and that number changes with the day you pick. You meet and finish at 144 N Fourth Street. The trolley makes 4–6 stops, including a distillery, and the lineup rotates. Twelve guests at most, in English. Bourbon, cocktails, bourbon-infused bites, and a tote are in the price. Tip the guide yourself. Kentucky law keeps it 21 and over. A full refund needs a cancellation at least 24 hours out. Weather and a thin guest list can also wipe the departure. Anyone pregnant should pick another afternoon.

Getting it there before Christmas
Cast iron is heavy, so give the carrier the early window. For the lower 48, USPS puts Ground Advantage and First-Class Mail at December 17, Priority Mail at December 18, and Priority Mail Express at December 19, aiming at a doorstep before December 25. Alaska, Hawaii, and addresses abroad are on their own rows. Engraved AirTags take extra days, so order those earlier. USPS 2026 holiday shipping dates.
